Cancellation / Prepayment
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please check the specific room conditions when selecting your room during the booking process to understand applicable charges or refund policies.
Age Requirement
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into the hotel. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by adults.
Identification Requirements
As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card and address proof at the time of check-in (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport).
Note: If check-in is denied due to lack of required documents, no refund will be provided and the booking will be considered a NO SHOW.
Additional Charges
Unless mentioned, the tariff does not include charges for optional room services (such as telephone calls, snacks, laundry, extra bed etc.). Any additional charges are the responsibility of the guest and must be cleared before checkout.
